Welcome to the Flash Course Lights, Camera and (Re)Action!
In this short but powerful learning experience, you are invited to critically reflect on language, identity, and education. Drawing from personal experiences and academic research, Professor Kleber Aparecido da Silva opens up a dialogue on linguistic policies, racism, inequality, privilege, and social representation. Through decolonial lenses, this course invites you to step outside your own worldview and explore what it means to be “the other” in an incredibly diverse and plural society — where language is never neutral, and education is always political.
