Alberto Simões
About the trainer
Alberto Simões is a Senior AI Engineer at Checkmarx. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence with a focus on Natural Language Processing from the University of Minho. His research spans AI, programming languages, digital preservation, and natural language processing, with particular expertise in multilingual resources for machine translation. For more than 15 years, he was a teacher, teaching courses in Programming, Artificial Intelligence, and Game Development. Alberto is also a researcher at the 2Ai Research Center at IPCA.
