Flávia Sordi

She is an Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Letters and Linguistics at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), where she teaches undergraduate courses and two postgraduate programmes (PROFLETRAS and PPGEL). She holds a degree in Letters from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), as well as a master's degree, doctorate and postdoctorate from the same institution. She is one of the leaders of the ‘Transdisciplinary and Academic Research Group in Applied Linguistics - PeTALA’ (UFU/UFMG), registered with CNPq, and has experience in the areas of writing, literacy and academic literacy, and teacher training, in addition to advising master's and doctoral students.
