He holds a postdoctoral qualification in Competency-Based Education and is an author in the field. He specialises in the strategic development of managers and teams. An expert in Active Learning Methodologies (Design Thinking, Team-Based Learning and Gamification) and Technologies Applied to Education (Generative AI, Business Intelligence and Cybersecurity), he combines a strong pedagogical vision with management tools and transversal skills such as leadership and communication.
