Sandra Ribeiro

Assistant Professor at ISCAP-IPP in the area of Languages and Cultures. PhD from the University of Aveiro in Digital Storytelling in Higher Education (2014). Master's degree in Multimedia in Education (2009) and Bachelor's degree in English German (teaching) (1999) also from the University of Aveiro. Researcher at CEOS – Centre for Organisational and Social Studies at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and at CEI – Centre for Intercultural Studies, ISCAP (as an integrated member of IELT, UNL). Research interests include Digital Storytelling as a pedagogical practice to encourage student reflection and overall student development; the integration of Technologies in Education; and Language Learning, Translation and Interpreting as acts of intercultural communication. She also collaborates with CEISCAP in providing translation services.
