On 4 December (Thursday), between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., the 1st INOV-NORTE Forum will be held in the Auditorium of the Monastery of Leça do Balio.
This will be a unique opportunity for sharing, reflection, and inter-institutional dialogue, with a presentation on the impact generated by the Centre of Excellence for Pedagogical Innovation in the Northern Region since its formal establishment in 2024, highlighting how its activities have contributed to innovation in teaching and learning practices and to strengthening the pedagogical culture in the consortium's higher education institutions. The potential and future paths of INOV-NORTE will be identified and discussed, with a view to consolidating the networks created, ensuring the sustainability of the initiatives developed and strengthening the role of the consortium as a regional and national reference in pedagogical excellence.
The initiative is promoted by the consortium coordinated by the University of Porto and with the participation of the Portuguese Catholic University, the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and the Porto School of Nursing, under the sub-measure Innovation and Pedagogical Modernisation in Higher Education - Creation of Centres of Excellence for Pedagogical Innovation, financed by the Portuguese Republic's Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) through NextGeneration EU funds.
