The Centre for Pedagogical Innovation at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto will host the event ‘Flash Seminar: 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗢® 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗨’ on 13 December 2023, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. the event "Flash Seminar: 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗢® 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬 ® 𝗻𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿", which will take place at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto.

This seminar, entitled 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗢® 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬 ® 𝗻𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿, will be held at ISCAP (Room 10) and will be led by three trainers certified in the methodology:

Carla Melo (ESHT)
Sandra Vasconcelos (ESHT)
The seminar will be moderated by Joana Fernandes, ISCAP representative at CIP.

This Flash Seminar will present the basic principles inherent in the use of the 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗢® 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬® methodology in an educational context.
In addition, some specific activities for the higher education context will be proposed and developed, in which participants will be challenged to participate, allowing them to reflect on the relevance of this methodology from the perspective of the facilitator and the student. In addition to a brief introduction to the methodology, the concepts of Construction, Flow & Serious Play, Metaphor & Imagination, and History & Narrative will be presented, based on the development of practical activities for reflection on their potential and applicability in different areas of knowledge. This approach will allow for the systematisation of the implementation stages and code of conduct underlying the methodology, complemented by examples of how it can be applied in project management, planning and strategy definition activities, and in personal and team development.
